Des Moines is a city made up of lots of little neighborhoods.   I’d like to introduce you to the neighborhoods. 

Gray’s Wood’s is made up of mostly single family homes whose owners have lived there a long time.  There are apartment complexes and duplexes within the area also.  A bike trail runs through the neighborhood and connects to Copper Creek.  Gray’s Woods is bordered by East University on the south, Easton Boulevard on the north, East 33rd St on the west and Des Moines’ city limits on the east.  There are four elementary schools, Four Mile Community Center and Strasser’s Woods Wildlife Preserve.  You can stop for a bite to eat at Palazzo’s Java House, Victory Lane Cafe and Lounge and Now or Later Restaurant.  As you can see this neighborhood has a lot to offer.
